Amber Test

We were left my mother’s vacation home in Lake Havasu after she passed away from Metastatic Renal Cancer. During an incredibly trying and emotional time, we found Wendy with one phone call. We live in Colorado and were only in town for a couple days to get the house ready. Wendy met us within a couple hours- she brought lots of research and her suggested listing price (with evidence to back it up) and gave us immediate guidance on what to do to get the house ready while we were there. She has been so understanding, forth coming, helpful beyond belief, and took care of EVERYTHING. We had no idea what we were doing and she helped us through it all- and explained everything in depth! She spent so much time cleaning and getting the house ready after we left town and handled it all with such care. We are eternally grateful for Wendy and would recommend her 1 million times over!!
