    Head back over the bridge for essentials. Smith’s, Albertsons, and Safeway sit on the south-central side of town, with Walmart on the north end and The Shops at Lake Havasu just minutes away.

    On-site: Turtle Grille and seasonal beach bars. Off-site: restaurants along the Bridgewater Channel, Rotary Park, and the London Bridge District.

    Recreation:

    – Island Trail: 3.6-mile paved walking and biking path encircling the Island
    – Windsor Launch Ramp and Rotary Community Park within a 5-minute drive

    Walk/Bike Score:

    The Island is mostly car-dependent for errands but ideal for walking and biking recreation. You can walk or cycle the full Island loop directly from the resort.
