I am Wendy, a REALTOR®, wife, mom to four, grandmother to six, pickleball player, lake lover, and full-time Lake Havasu City local who believes life is better when it is simple, joyful, and shared with people you care about.
My journey here started decades ago. After more than 30 years of visiting, I knew Lake Havasu was not just a vacation spot. It was home. In 2019, my husband and I finally made the move, and it has been the best decision we have ever made.
Real estate found me naturally through people. I have always been the one who organizes, reassures, solves problems, and shows up when others need support. From raising a family to helping run our construction business, I learned how much I enjoy guiding people through significant life changes, including buying and selling homes and navigating the Lake Havasu City market with confidence.

When I am not helping clients, you will find me boating, hiking, playing pickleball, decorating my home, walking my dogs, or spending time with my kids and grandkids. Family is everything to me, and the way I show up for them is the same way I show up for my clients with full attention and heart.
