The Havasu Riviera Community Association is managed by Amy Telnes Management Services (https://www.atmshoa.com). While community-wide amenities are still being developed, the association manages landscaping, common areas, and oversees neighborhood standards.
– Completed: One pool area in the Marina View neighborhood, with lounge seating, restrooms, and a rinse-off shower. This facility is exclusive to Marina View homeowners.
– In Progress: An additional pool is planned in another neighborhood, with access limited to the homeowners of that neighborhood. Timelines may vary.
– Planned (Community-Wide): A future community amenity center will include a pool, gathering spaces, pickleball courts, and sport courts (not yet started). This facility will be open to all Riviera homeowners.
Note: Not all neighborhoods will include exclusive neighborhood pools or facilities. Amenity availability and access may differ depending on the neighborhood.
Neighborhood-Level Amenities & Design Review
Each Riviera neighborhood follows master association standards but may also carry unique guidelines, including height restrictions, setbacks, or additional assessments based on amenities and landscaping within that neighborhood. Homeowners should review the most current rules, regulations, and design review guidelines directly with the management company.

Marina & Waterfront Access
Located just outside the community gates, the Havasu Riviera Marina offers convenient lake access and services for both Riviera residents and the public.
Boat Slips:
– Options include Short-Term, Annual (Year to Year), and Annual (Licensed) slips; slip sizes vary to accommodate a range of boats.
Fuel Station:
– Five double-sided fueling dispensers (four on-water, one on land).
– Fuel options: 87 Regular Gasoline, 91 Non-Ethanol Gasoline, and 100 Octane Racing Fuel.
Marina Store:
– Open daily from 8 AM – 4 PM (holiday hours may vary).
– Food, beverages, ice, apparel, boat/marine accessories, and safety equipment.
