    Parking, RVs & toys: Street parking overnight requires HOA approval. RVs, boats, and trailers can be loaded or unloaded for up to 24 hours but not stored onsite.

    Leasing: A 30-day minimum rental period keeps the community quiet and well-maintained. Tenants must register with the HOA within 10 days of occupancy; fines apply if not registered.

    Pets: Up to two household pets allowed per home. All pets must be leashed in common areas and kept under control to maintain community comfort.
